Tunstall LifeCare Service
In order to receive the Tunstall LifeCare (TLC) service you must be resident in the UK and be able to provide contact details for two people who have keys to your home and are able to visit you when requested by TLC. The keyholders will be requested by TLC to visit you when an alarm call is received and help is needed, therefore it is important that they live within 30 minutes of your home. Your nominated keyholders should be informed before sending their contact details to TLC. Upon placing your order a monitoring form will be sent to you for completion, alternatively it can be downloaded by clicking here. The Lifeline 400 home unit requires a standard BT telephone socket within 2 metres of a mains electricity socket but easy to follow installation instructions will be provided.
