Lifeline 400 home unit

The Lifeline 400 is the UK's market leading telecare alarm. It is specifically designed to protect people living in their own homes and can be used to raise an alarm call from anywhere in the home by simply pressing the personal radio trigger, or the large illuminated red button on the unit. The Lifeline 400 has a powerful loudspeaker and sensitive microphone, which enable hands free communication to be established between the user and the monitoring centre operator when an alarm call is raised.

• Answer your phone with the personal trigger - simply press your personal radio trigger when the phone rings and it will answer the call and let you speak to the caller hands-free from the comfort of your armchair.
• Extended range - Amie+ personal triggers have an extended range of up to 50 metres for complete coverage within larger homes and gardens.
• High quality speech - the latest technology provides exceptional speech quality to enable you to hear and speak to the monitoring centre.
• Ultimate reliability - the EN300 220-2 Class 1 radio receiver ensures that signals from radio triggers are reliably received. A Class 1 radio receiver is essential where life critical equipment is used.
• Battery back-up - the battery provides 30 hours of stand-by operation ensuring the service will continue to work even during a powercut.
• Automatic battery monitoring - ensures that the Lifeline 400 calls the 24 hour monitoring centre when the battery in personal trigger is low without the need for the user to raise a test call.
