12 months monitoring

The up front price includes a full year’s monitoring by our dedicated monitoring centre. After 12 months, the monitoring fee is charged at £12 per month payable by Direct Debit. A Direct Debit slip will be delivered with the Lifeline home unit for you to complete and return to us.

The Tunstall Response monitoring centre currently provides support and reassurance to over 500,000 people throughout the UK. The service ensures that customers have access to help 24 hours a day.

Alarm calls from the Lifeline home unit are sent to the Tunstall Response monitoring centre where a trained operator instantly sees your personal details (supplied to us when you join the service). The operator will speak to you via the loudspeaker in the home unit and can hear you through the powerful microphone, helping them to understand the reason for the call and provide the most appropriate help. Even if they can't hear you or if you are unable to respond we will send help, whether it be a local key holder (e.g. neighbour), family member or the emergency services.
