Amie+ personal radio trigger

A small, discreet but stylish trigger, the Amie+ enables the wearer to raise an alarm call for help by simply pressing its red button within range (up to 50m) of the Lifeline home unit. The trigger sends a signal to the Lifeline which then raises an alarm call with the monitoring centre where a trained operator will speak to the user to understand what help they need and then contact assistance for them. If there is more than one person to be monitored then additional Amie+ triggers can be purchased so each user can carry their own trigger. The Amie+ has the following features:

• Answer your phone with the personal trigger - simply press your personal radio trigger when the phone rings and it will answer the call and let you speak to the caller hands-free through the Lifeline home unit from the comfort of your armchair.
• Multiple wearing options – it can be worn around the neck, on the wrist or an optional belt clip is available
• Waterproof – it is waterproof (to IP67 standard) and should be worn at all times including when in the shower however wearing it in the bath should be avoided where possible
• Activation LED – a light on the Amie+ lights up to provide reassurance when the button is pressed and also indicates when the battery is low
• Low battery feature - the trigger will automatically contact the monitoring centre when the battery runs low
• Unique signals – where more than one Amie+ trigger is used within the same house, each Amie+ is assigned to an individual enabling the monitoring centre to know which user has raised the alarm
